You asked, and we came up with an answer. We found a way to make it easier for you to track your order. You’ll find the solution in our customer portal – This highly functional website provides you with a way to get immediate online tracking across the majority of our delivery network in real-time, anytime from any device 24/7. The new electronic system is paperless and easy to use plus it’s accessible from your cell phone, desktop, or tablet.

To help guide you thru what to do to track your thyssenkrupp Materials Copper and Brass delivery, we’ve created a step-by-step guide below:

Step 1: Log-in – Go to to either log-in or to register. If you’re not registered, you can easily get an account.


Go to and click the Register button in the bottom left hand corner.

Step 2: Once you’re in the portal your account information will appear.


Step 3: Next, go to the deliveries tab and search for the order you need to track.


Step 4: Click on the truck icon.


Step 5: View your status and the stage of your order.


You can also download and print your proof of delivery, place and review quotes and repeat orders in the customer portal.
