Introducing Online Invoice Payments to the Customer Portal

This new year begins with a much-anticipated new feature to the online Customer Portal from thyssenkrupp Materials NA for Copper and Brass Sales customers. Introducing one of our most highly requested features: the ability for customers to pay invoices online within the portal without having to contact anyone from within the business.

Our goal is to make life easier for you, our customer, where you can make more efficient use of your time. As we add features to our self-service customer portal, customers report that they have fewer questions and therefore don’t need to send as many emails or place as many phone calls. It’s ease of use saves time to also be productive in other areas!

Users of the Customer Portal have been able to view or download their invoices for some time now, but they can now also pay their invoices online if their business is within the United States. Once logged in, the user would navigate to Documents > Invoices and then choose to pay one or multiple invoices at a time.
