Until now, customers have been able to request quotes online through our Customer Portal. Starting today, customers based in the United States can use our new eCommerce website to instantly quote and order!
Customers can generate a quote with their price and delivery dates right on the website, place immediate orders, and follow up on orders to verify order status, plus review order delivery tracking, and download shipping paperwork (delivery note, material certification, SDS, invoice) whether the order was placed online or offline. All of this can be done independently on the website, though our sale representatives are still available as needed via email or a quick phone call. For quoting and ordering metal products, customers will log into their accounts and navigate to select the products they desire and then generate their price and delivery dates instantly within their shopping cart. Once a price is presented, the customer can decide if they want to save their quote or place an order. Orders can be placed with the customer’s open terms or by utilizing a credit card.

Eventually the Customer Portal will be retired once all functionality has been brought into the new eCommerce website.
